Terms and conditions

  1. Open to UK residents only, excluding employees of NHS and any person professionally connected with this promotion and their immediate families.
  2. No purchase necessary. To enter text the word SOAP followed by your name and email address to 07766 404142. Each text entry will be charged at your standard network rate. All texts received from the promoter are free. Entrants under 16 must get permission from the bill payer. Alternatively you can enter here. Entries must not be sent through agents or third parties. Any such entries will be invalid.
  3. All valid entries received will be entered into an independently supervised draw to win a Hull FC signed rugby ball. On entering you agree to abide by the rules as stated.
  4. The closing date for all entries is Friday 12th June 2009, the draw will take place on Monday 15th June 2009.
  5. The winner will be the first entry randomly drawn from all qualifying entries. The winner will be notified by Monday 22nd June 2009 via the email address submitted via this promotion.
  6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries. Proof of texting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  7. The prize is a Hull FC signed rugby ball, for one winning applicant and must be accepted as there will be no cash alternative. Images shown on promotional literature may not be representative of the final prize.
  8. The winner may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion. By entering the draw you agree that your details may be used in future marketing activity. You also agree that we may disclose your name and the town you reside in should anyone request a winners list.
  9. The promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside their control.
